Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team. The role combines in-clinic work with remote planning, documentation and supervision, delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with developmental needs.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification required.
Virginia LBA license required.
Experience with children on the autism spectrum or developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality care and client outcomes.
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with standards.
