Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time BCBA to deliver ABA therapy in a hybrid setting, combining in-clinic and remote planning. The role offers a base salary of $90,000–$105,000 with additional monthly bonus opportunities and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

Learn and grow under experienced BCBA leadership with strong clinical mentorship, robust back-office support, and a focus on ethical, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Virginia LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage small, intentional caseload to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct FBAs and collect data to guide treatment decisions.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs/Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance.
