Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA in Virginia to lead clinical services across in-home and hybrid settings. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA plans, and ensure high-quality outcomes through data-driven decisions and supervision of RBTs and ABATs.

Qualifications

Active BCBA Certification is required
Virginia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is required
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and client outcomes
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
