The Treetop ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking a full-time BCBA to join a clinician-led team. This hybrid role blends in-clinic ABA delivery with remote planning, documentation, and supervision to support a balanced workflow.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required
• Virginia LBA required
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver ABA therapy in clinic and support families with goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
