Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA in a hybrid Virginia-based role. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and ABATs. Work with families, analyze data, and participate in ongoing professional development to advance clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Virginia LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
