The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA in Virginia for a hybrid role that blends in-clinic care with remote planning and supervision. The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$105,000 with additional monthly bonuses and regional in-home opportunities.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday with no nights or weekends, and WFH options are available. This is an opportunity to join a clinician-led team focused on delivering high-quality ABA care, supporting families, and advancing

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Virginia LBA license is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in-clinic and at-home sessions.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and consistent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
