The Treetop ABA in Charlottesville, VA seeks a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team. The hybrid role blends in-clinic care with remote planning and supervision, with a 25-billable caseload and a schedule Monday–Friday, no weekends, and WFH options.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Virginia LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborative, compassionate team player.

Aufgaben

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in-clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and ABATs.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
