Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA in Charlottesville, VA, offering in-home services with hybrid scheduling and Monday–Friday hours. Base pay ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 with monthly bonus opportunities and remote-friendly options.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, mentorship, and a supportive, compassionate team culture designed to sustain work–life balance. Clinicians join a BCBA-led environment focused on high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Virginia LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in-clinic and with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and ABATs.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Attend team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
