The Treetop ABA in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid role that blends in-clinic work with remote planning and supervision.

We offer a base salary of $90,000–$105,000 with additional monthly bonus opportunities, a workload designed for manageable caseloads, and comprehensive benefits to support your professional growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Virginia LBA licensure is required.
• Experience working with children with autism is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families at home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs/Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
