Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join a hybrid team in Georgia. You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality, data-driven ABA care.

The role combines in-clinic work with remote planning and documentation, all within a supportive, ethics-first culture. Applicants must hold BCBA certification and Georgia LBA, with experience in autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Georgia LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance.
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards.
