Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Pooler, GA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team. This hybrid role blends in-center clinical work with remote planning, documentation, and supervision, while providing in-home ABA services. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends.

You will develop treatment plans, conduct FBAs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes. We offer competitive salary, benefits, paid time off, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Georgia LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct FBAs and track progress with data-driven decisions.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians (RBTs/ABATs).
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance.
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethics.
