Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking a full-time BCBA in Georgia to provide clinic-based ABA therapy while collaborating with families for home and community goals. The role blends in-clinic activities with planning and supervision tasks, offering flexibility and strong clinical leadership.

You will conduct FBAs, supervise RBTs, and participate in data-driven treatment decisions while enjoying a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Licensed in GA (LBA) required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
