Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring a BCBA for flexible, hybrid roles serving children, adults and families. You will assess behaviors, craft plans, train families, supervise staff, and directly treat cases with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors.

The position offers a true flexible schedule across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with in-person and telehealth options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Two years of related clinical experience with autism/Developmental Disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Flexible schedule mornings/afternoons/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians.
• Deliver direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behavior.
• Maintain documentation: data collection, graphs, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
