Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time or fee-for-service employment. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, family consultation, and supervising technicians, with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors.

The position offers flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends) and hybrid work combining in-person and telehealth caseloads.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB coursework required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
• Hybrid in-person and telehealth work options available.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and direct treatment with focus on skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors.
• Complete documentation including instructional programs, data collection, graphs, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
