Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring BCBA full-time and fee-for-service positions to support children, adults and families. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, supervise behavior technicians, and deliver direct interventions focused on skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors. Hybrid in-person/telehealth options available with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD completed with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• LABA preferred for additional credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.
• Document and track progress, including data collection and reports.

Education
