Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring Full-Time and Fee-for-Service Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support children, adults and families. A flexible schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends with hybrid in-person and telehealth cases.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop plans, provide family trainings, supervise staff, and deliver direct treatment while documenting progress and adapting programs. A strong therapist with BACB credentials is sought.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• LABA preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Availability for mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience in applied settings developing and implementing interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate approach to care.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Access to laptop/secure internet and phone for FFS positions; access to high-speed internet for full-time.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings; supervise behavior technicians.
• Direct treatment with focus on skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors.
• Complete required documentation including data collection, graphing, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
