Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring BCBA professionals for Full-Time and Fee-For-Service roles with flexible morning, afternoon, evenings, and weekend hours. Hybrid positions combine in-person and telehealth.

Compensation includes $65,000–$75,000 for full-time and $60–$75 per hour for fee-for-service, with incentives and benefits. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, supervise technicians, and deliver direct treatment focusing on

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB coursework
• Current BCBA certification and in good standing
• Current LABA preferred
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle
• Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
• Proficient with word processing and graphing software
• Committed to current ABA best practices and BACB ethics

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide family consultations and trainings
• Supervise behavior technicians
• Direct treatment with focus on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction
• Document all required records, progress reports, and behavior support plans
