Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for full-time and fee-for-service roles. The position offers a flexible schedule with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends; hybrid in-person/telehealth options are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification, in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with autism/Developmental Disabilities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings; supervise behavior technicians.
• Direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction.
• Complete documentation including progress reports, data collection, and behavior support plans.
