Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time or fee-for-service positions. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and deliver direct services to children and families, with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD with BACB coursework completed.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Two years of related clinical experience with autism/related disabilities.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access.
• Ability to work mornings, after school, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Document data collection, graphing, and progress reports.
• Develop instructional programs and behavior support plans.
