Northeast Family Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for flexible, fee-for-service opportunities in a hybrid in-person and telehealth setup in Massachusetts. Candidates will assess, plan, and supervise, while collaborating with families to implement effective interventions for children, teens, and adults.

Formación

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB coursework is required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• LABA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience with autism or related challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment with focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.
• Complete documentation, data collection, graphing, and progress reports.
• Develop instructional programs and behavior support plans.
