Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring BCBA positions with flexible full-time or fee-for-service options in a hybrid in-person/telehealth setup. The role includes assessments, treatment plan development, family training, and supervision of technicians to help clients with autism and developmental challenges.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD with BACB coursework and current BCBA certification; LABA preferred. Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and some weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• LABA preferred.
• Minimum two years of related clinical experience with Autism/ASD or behavior challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Proficient with word processing and graphing software.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behavior.
• Complete required documentation: instructional programs, data collection, graphing, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
