Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking a BCBA for full-time or fee-for-service roles. The position involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering family consultations with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing problem behaviors.

Hybrid work options available with in-person and telehealth cases. Flexible scheduling includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, plus a supportive ABA leadership team and ample professional growth

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework completed.
• Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• LABA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and oversee data collection.
• Deliver direct treatment with emphasis on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction.
