Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care into homes, schools, and community settings. You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans and mentor RBTs, collaborating with families to ensure progress. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and quality outcomes across diverse environments.

You will work with a dedicated team, travel to client locations, and contribute to a BHCOE-accredited training site that supports clinician development and growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required or actively pursuing licensure in Virginia.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA-based treatment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings for assessments and treatment.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA methods.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field and ensure clinical quality.
• Partner with families to educate and coach for carryover of strategies.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise quality of care.
