Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring high-quality ABA care into homes, schools, and communities. You will develop tailored treatment plans and coach families to apply strategies in daily life, ensuring generalization and meaningful outcomes for each child.

Join a BHCOE-accredited training site with mentorship, case collaboration, and growth opportunities across five states. Expect collaboration with RBTs, BCBAs, and clinical supervisors to uphold the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Licensed in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at hire time.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings for assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
• Educate and coach families to apply strategies in daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and improve care.
