Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and communities. You will develop tailored treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to support child progress across settings.

The role emphasizes high-quality outcomes, collaboration with supervisors, and mentorship within a BHCOE-accredited training environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA required
• BCBA certification required
• Licensed in Virginia (or pursuing licensure) at hire
• Experience supervising ABA-based programs with RBTs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based ABA services directly in homes, schools, and communities
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field
• Collaborate with families, empowering caregivers to implement strategies
• Mentor and contribute to BHCOE-accredited training site and excellence culture
