Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care directly into homes, schools, and communities. You will develop and refine individualized ABA treatment plans, train and support RBTs, and partner with families to generalize skills across settings.

Join a BHCOE-accredited training site with opportunities for mentorship, referral incentives, and a path for leadership. This role requires a MD-licensed or pursuing BCBA with travel to client locations in Maryland/Virginia areas.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification and Maryland licensure (or pursuing) required.
• Experience supervising RBTs in ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations to conduct assessments in natural environments.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs in the field.
• Educate and coach families to apply strategies.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and ensure quality.
