Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to deliver ABA therapy directly in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required or in process.
• Licensed in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and communities.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Supervise and train RBTs, collaborate with supervisors and quality assurance teams.
• Educate and coach families to support treatment strategies across settings.
• Mentor and inspire the next generation of behavior analysts at a BHCOE-accredited site.
