Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Virginia licensure or pursuit of licensure at hire.
• Experience supervising ABA-based programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Train and supervise RBTs, ensuring clinical consistency.
