Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to deliver ABA therapy in children’s homes, schools, and community settings. You will build and adjust individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to carry strategies into daily life.

We support professional growth with mentorship, case collaboration, and a defined career ladder within a BHCOE-accredited program across multiple centers and states.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed in Virginia (or actively pursuing licensure) at time of hire.
• Experience supervising RBTs in ABA programs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, outcomes-based care for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based ABA therapy directly in homes, schools, and communities.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train and supervise RBTs, ensuring clinical consistency across sessions.
• Educate and coach families to support treatment strategies in daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise care standards.
