Job summary

Verbal Beginnings in Virginia seeks a field-based BCBA to bring evidence-based ABA services into homes, schools, and communities. You will assess, design, and guide treatments while collaborating with RBTs and supervisors to ensure high-quality outcomes.

This role offers flexible scheduling, travel to client sites, and earnings of $90–$95 per hour with potential to exceed $116K annually, plus supervision incentives and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required; BCBA certification preferred.
• Virginia licensure or active pursuit required for hire.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services in clients' homes, schools and communities.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans with supervision.
• Train and support RBTs; partner with families for daily practice.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and maintain quality.
• Mentor BCBA trainees as part of BHCOE training site.
