Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller) is a plus.
• Basic business acumen and professionalism required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Ability to quickly learn bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Opens deposit accounts.
• Prepares and processes loan applications.
• Closes loans for customers.
• Makes referrals to other bank lines.
• Proactively contacts high‑value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Ensures operational compliance and policy adherence.
• Handles daily account maintenance.
• Supports quarterly sales goals.
• Process deposits and verify cash for teller duties.
• Cash checks for customers and non-customers.
• Process and record sale of monetary instruments.
• File reports for large cash transactions.
• Process foreign currency transactions.
• Process loan payments and credit card cash advances.
• Adhere to bank policies in all duties.
