Responsibilities

• Opens deposit accounts
• Prepares and processes loan applications for mortgage, consumer, small business, etc.
• Closes loans for customers
• Makes referrals to other bank lines and third-party partners
• Proactively reaches out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio
• Maintains compliance with policies
• Handles daily account maintenance and service issues
• Supports quarterly sales targets
• Process deposits and cash checks as teller
• Record sales of monetary instruments and government reports
• Process foreign currency, loan payments, and credit card cash advances
