Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in retail, financial services, or hospitality preferred.
• Some banking experience (e.g., teller) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of both customer service representative and teller, primarily in traditional branch locations where a hybrid position is allowed.
• Open deposit accounts and process loan applications for mortgage, consumer, small business, etc.
• Close loans for customers and refer to other bank lines and third-party partners.
• Proactively reach out, by phone and in person, to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Ensure operational compliance and adherence to policy; handle daily account maintenance and service issues.
• Support achieving quarterly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
