Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, identifying goals and needs and recommending deposit, loan and other banking solutions.

You will process transactions accurately while delivering exemplary service and educating customers on bank products and technology, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements and in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service or military service in an administration role.
• Background check including fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management and banking knowledge.
