Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS for our branch network. As a Financial Concierge, you will help walk-in customers achieve financial goals by identifying needs and recommending deposit and other banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while educating customers and referring them to other bank areas to deepen relationships. Flexible work arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service or military service in relevant admin roles or a Bachelor’s Degree acceptable.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Cash handling experience and familiarity with digital banking tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, and presentation skills.
