Eastern Bank is seeking a Service Associate who blends customer service with teller duties in a hybrid role at our branch locations. The position opens deposit accounts, processes loans, and supports sales while delivering high-quality service.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with a comprehensive Total Rewards benefits package including medical/dental/vision, retirement, vacation and tuition reimbursement. Must communicate clearly, build relationships, and adhere to bank policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in retail/financial services preferred.
• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller).
• Ability to communicate information clearly and build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Opens deposit accounts and processes loans.
• Pays and processes teller transactions.
• Proactively retains high-value customers and grows portfolios.
• Ensures operational compliance and policy adherence.
• Provides support for quarterly sales goals.
• Handles daily account maintenance and service issues.
