Eastern Bank seeks a branch Customer Service Representative and Teller in a hybrid role. You will handle deposits, loan applications, and loan closings while referring customers to other bank lines and partners.

You will connect with high-value clients to grow the portfolio and ensure policy compliance in daily operations. The role combines teller duties with customer service, requiring strong communication and the ability to learn banking products quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred.
• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Opens deposit accounts.
• Prepares and processes loan applications for mortgage, consumer, small business lending.
• Closes loans for applicable business lines and makes referrals to other bank lines and third-party partners.
• Proactively reaches out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Maintain operational compliance and adhere to policy.
• Handle daily account maintenance and service issues.
• Support achieving quarterly sales goals.
