Qualifications

• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise).
• Basic business acumen and professionalism is a must.
• The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Ability to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization.
• Ability to quickly learn all details about the products and services offered by the bank.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously performs duties of customer service representative and teller, hybrid role.
• Opens deposit accounts and processes loan applications.
• Closes loans for applicable business lines and refers to other bank areas.
• Proactively reaches out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Ensures operational compliance and adherence to policy; handles daily account maintenance.
• Performs teller duties: deposits, checks, monetary instrument sales, reporting.
• Supports quarterly sales goals and learns product details to assist customers.
