Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience in retail, financial services or hospitality preferred.
• Some banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously performs duties of customer service representative and teller.
• Process deposits, cash checks, loan payments and monetary instrument sales.
• Proactively reach out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Assist in meeting quarterly sales goals and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the bank.
