Qualifications

• Incumbent has the authority to use discretion in some circumstances, but if policy is unclear, seek guidance from supervisor.
• Must be able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in retail, financial services or hospitality preferred.
• Some banking experience preferred (e.g., teller).
• Basic business acumen and professionalism required.
• Ability to communicate information clearly to others.
• Ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Ability to quickly learn all bank products and services.

Responsabilités

• Opens deposit accounts.
• Prepares and processes loan applications for mortgage, consumer, small business, etc.
• Closes loans for customers in applicable lines.
• Makes referrals to other bank lines and third-party partners.
• Proactively reaches out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Responsible for operational compliance and adherence to policy.
• Handles daily account maintenance and other service issues.
• Supports achieving quarterly sales.
