Job summary

Venteon and Harvard Resource Solutions are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to work in Southfield, MI. You will work on a sales team selling software solutions to car dealerships on a business-to-business basis. Warm leads are provided by the company with training and ongoing support. Short sales cycles, commissions earlier than other B2B roles.

POSITION TYPE: Full time. Hybrid (In office Tue/Wed/Thu, Remote Mon & Fri) 9 AM -6 PM. PAY: $45,000 annual base plus commission.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of successful B2B sales required.
• High school diploma required; degree is a plus.
• Inside sales experience preferred.
• Experience generating and calling on leads.
• Backgrounds from automotive dealerships, software, finance or credit desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work on the Sales team to deliver results.
• Engage with 80+ leads per month and advance deals.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and opportunities.
• Present software solutions matching client needs.
• Negotiate objections and close business.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product delivery and support.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
