Job summary

Harvard Resource Solutions LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a hybrid role. Office Tue/Wed/Thu, Remote Mon and Fri, 9am–6pm. Base pay $45,000 with commission; top performers can earn $70,000–$100,000 annually.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, HS diploma, strong phone skills, and a drive to exceed targets. Experience with automotive, software, finance, or credit sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years of successful B2B sales required.
• Backgrounds in automotive dealerships, software, finance or credit preferred.
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented attitude.
• Organized, dependable and capable of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales team and Manager to deliver results.
• Contact 80+ leads per month and close deals.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track leads and opportunities.
• Identify client needs and present software solutions.
• Handle objections and negotiations to secure business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and support.
• Incorporate customer feedback for product improvement.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
