ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to prospect and acquire new Commercial & Industrial customers in the NYISO and NEPOOL regions, with a pipeline-driven approach. The role sits in Houston, TX or Dallas, TX and reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales, ERCOT.

The position emphasizes self-originating leads via campaigns and data, evaluating creditworthiness, and tailoring price proposals based on load patterns. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant industry experience in retail energy sales is required.
• Persuasive communication and strong negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to learn new products quickly and handle multiple assignments with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities to build a robust C&I pipeline in NYISO/NEPOOL.
• Qualify customers, assess needs, collect data, and propose tailored price solutions.
• Present ENGIE products to meet customer requirements and ensure competitive offers.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with brokers, customers, and legal teams to maximize revenues.
