Job summary

The Freeman Company (TFC) Brands is seeking an Associate Client Relationship Manager to grow relationships with new and existing accounts and assist in executing Audio Visual projects. You will coordinate teams, process orders, and support the billing cycle while providing exceptional service to clients.

You will be based in a role that supports a hybrid schedule, with in-office and show-site presence 2–3 days per week, and opportunities to work across multiple locations including Chicago,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• 1+ year experience managing and coordinating projects; on-site event experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal communication are required.
• Salesforce and Workfront experience are a plus; proficient with MS Office and Internet apps.

Responsibilities

• Support volume from existing and new customers; build and maintain client relationships.
• Sell Freeman Audio Visual solutions to a broad range of clients; develop proposals.
• Record activities in CRM; collect payments and process orders.
• Assist with planning timelines and coordinate with customers and CRM.
