Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Auto Claims Representative in Plano, TX, to guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish. The role requires empathy, strong organization and the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a hybrid office setting.

Applicants should be comfortable engaging customers who have just been in an accident and working across multiple systems during virtual training and claim processing.

Qualifications

• Engaging, outgoing personality with passion for helping customers.
• Ability to think critically and use resources in virtual environment.
• Excellent oral, written, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and multitasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment.
• Requires strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.
• General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
• College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
• Only open to US based employees.
