Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance in Plano, TX is seeking an Auto Claims Representative to guide customers through the claims process from start to finish. This role requires strong organizational skills, empathy and the ability to manage multiple systems during virtual training and claims handling.

You will engage insureds and claimants who have been in auto accidents, delivering service that reflects our promise to treat customers as we would want to be treated. Some in-person days are required.
