Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Auto Claims Representative in Plano, TX, to guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish. You will engage customers after accidents, representing the Liberty brand with a customer-centric approach.

The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to use multiple claim systems in a fast-paced environment. Office presence is expected, with in-person training during the first months.
