Job summary

Braven is hiring an Associate Director, Accelerator Operations to own core tools and processes end-to-end and ensure operational readiness before launch of the Accelerator course. You will design systems, manage rollout plans, train regional teammates, and hold gate authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in operations, program management, systems or data administration, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Own one to three operational domains end-to-end, accountable for how well each one serves site teams and Fellows.
• Design and rollout tools, processes, and governance plans, often 1–2 semesters ahead of need.
• Train site execution teams with documentation, training, and wraparound supports.
• Track adoption and fidelity, diagnose blockers, and iterate to improve outcomes.
• Hold readiness gate authority for launches, define readiness criteria, and mitigate risks.
