Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Program Operations – Post-Accelerator. You will design and run post-Accelerator systems, lead national programs, and drive scalable operations across Product, Systems, and Regional teams.

You will manage onboarding, training, and knowledge resources, plus supervise interns. This role requires in-person presence in one of Braven's hubs and a strong focus on outcomes for Fellows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in program, project, or operations management.
• Experience designing scalable operational systems.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead central operations for programming outside the Accelerator (40%).
• Design and manage operational processes for mentor and career communities.
• Create and track program metrics for cross-regional reporting.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects with scalable systems.
• Onboard and train teammates for Post-Accelerator initiatives.
• Manage 1–2 interns and coordinate their work streams.
