Job summary

Braven is seeking a Director, Transformation and Operations to lead the design and execution of transformation initiatives. Hybrid role with a focus on expanding a higher-education partner pilot, building repeatable operating models, and coordinating across teams for impact.

You’ll drive project plans, manage timelines, and synthesize insights for senior leaders while working in a startup-like culture that values collaboration and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of strategic operations experience with complex projects.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience turning ideas into executable plans and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and launch strategic transformation initiatives and multi-year roadmaps.
• Build and manage pilot programs, staffing logic, and repeatable operating models.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to deliver outcomes.
• Create execution plans, track milestones, risks, and stakeholder updates.
